What you will do

• Lead the development of complex module components and drive technically challenging solutions.
• Manage the technical integration of multiple subsystems into a complete hirify.global system, ensuring alignment with customer specifications.
• Perform critical design engineering, including material selection and high-level sub-module architecture.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for technological and organizational improvements.
• Coordinate project dependencies, translate features into daily tasks, and provide effort estimates for upcoming features.
• Mentor and guide a team of 3–5 engineers while advising management on technical expertise.

Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in technically leading engineering teams and advising management.
• Deep knowledge of complex sub-modules and their interaction with neighboring system areas.
• Ability to manage technical interfaces with suppliers and customers in less-defined environments.
