What you will do

• Ensure the safe, reliable, and proper operation of the facility and maintain a safe working environment.
• Coordinate all plant activities between numerous departments and contractors.
• Supervise a team of employees, ensuring compliance with safety policies and accountability.
• Problem solve and troubleshoot plant operational issues to maximize performance and efficiency.
• Direct the completion of shift, daily, weekly, and monthly audits and verifications.
• Train and develop employees on proper process and protocol.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent management experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in waste processing or a related field.
• DOT Certification Training (8-hour), OSHA Training (10-hour), and HAZWOPER Training (8-hour) or the ability to complete them.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
