What you will do

• Lead safe and efficient facility operations during assigned shifts, including monitoring boilers, turbines, and steam plants.
• Approve equipment service requests, issue safety permits, and ensure strict adherence to environmental limits and regulations.
• Direct and perform emergency responses to injuries, accidents, or unusual operational situations.
• Manage, train, and develop a motivated, cross-trained workforce to ensure high performance.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and complete operational projects assigned by the Operations Manager.
• Maintain administrative personnel records and ensure all safety policies are followed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three or more years of supervisory experience in power generation or resource recovery plant operations.
• Hands-on experience with high-pressure boilers, electric-generation equipment, and steam systems.
• Ability to work a rotating 12-hour schedule (DuPont Plan), including day and night shifts.
• Physical ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and wear a full-face respirator.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.
