What you will do

• Analyze and recommend improvements for Ocean Export, Air Export, and Import Services, including efficiencies and business development.
• Perform business and process analysis using internal systems and external sources, producing observations and actionable ideas.
• Lead customer and vendor engagement to ensure minimal disruption to export cargo flow, including weekly virtual meetings.
• Support process improvement teams, taking lead roles for selected projects when appropriate.
• Provide ad hoc analytical support during problem-solving and crisis situations; produce reports and graphics for internal and external customers.
• Lead implementation and follow-up for new site/BU onboarding and work with clients on import/export regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Experience in logistics and supply chain operations, including ocean and air export/import processes.
• Strong analytical skills to support pricing/costing decisions, productivity assessment, and process improvement.
• Ability to build credibility and manage relationships with external customers, suppliers, and internal functional groups.
• Experience leading meetings and coordinating with carriers, dray providers, and shipping sites.
• Knowledge of import/export regulatory compliance requirements and the ability to support compliance efforts.
