What you will do

• Facilitate load planning and forecasting for all distribution centers on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual bases.
• Partner with IT and 3rd party software providers to optimize the TMS solution.
• Perform daily load planning to maximize capacity and align outbound loads with receiving hub capabilities.
• Coordinate communication between DC teams, hub teams, and linehaul transportation providers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop and maintain performance reports covering costs, service levels, load optimization, and returns.
• Manage reverse logistics, store transfers, and transportation for new store openings.

Requirements

• College degree.
• Experience in using and optimizing TMS solutions.
• Flexibility with work hours, including rotating weekends or holidays if necessary.
• Strong organizational, prioritizing, and interpersonal skills.
