What you will do

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments of raw materials, investigational products, and biological samples.
• Schedule transportation activities with approved logistics partners while ensuring project timelines are met.
• Monitor shipment status from pickup to delivery and proactively communicate risks or delays.
• Support import/export activities, including customs documentation, permits, and declarations.
• Investigate and resolve transportation-related incidents such as delays, damage, or temperature excursions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, depots, couriers, and clinical sites to support operational programs.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• 2–5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
• Experience managing temperature-sensitive biologic, cellular, or gene therapy shipments.
• Knowledge of GxP, GDP, IATA, and DOT transportation regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and transportation management systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to work effectively in a fast-paced biotech environment.
