Salary: $55,000 - $75,000

What you will do

• Manage LTL Carrier Scorecards using operational and financial metrics to drive internal and external improvements.
• Partner with carriers during customer onboardings to align operational strategies with requirements.
• Represent Operations, Freight Audit & Pay, and Procurement teams to improve critical business processes.
• Handle business escalations and implement corrective actions within the LTL carrier network.
• Resolve carrier aging disputes and rate discrepancies to increase timely freight bill payments.
• Utilize Transportation Management Systems (TMS) to quantify and analyze carrier performance.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a logistics capacity or within a 3PL environment.
• Core understanding of the LTL industry and experience interacting with carriers.
• Proven ability to leverage data to solve problems and drive positive change.
• Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and financial system integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Ability to travel up to 15% to carrier offices and local terminals.
