What you will do

• Design and implement scalable HR processes to support rapid organizational growth.
• Own the end-to-end employee experience, from onboarding to retention, ensuring high engagement.
• Develop strategic frameworks for compensation, benefits, and performance management.
• Cultivate a strong, inclusive, and high-performance culture aligned with company values.
• Lead Talent Acquisition and develop recruiting strategies to attract exceptional talent.
• Implement and manage HR systems to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in People Operations or HR.
• Leadership experience within a high-growth startup or fintech environment.
• Proven track record of building HR infrastructure and operational processes from the ground up.
• Experience leading talent acquisition and recruiting strategies.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be based in the United States.
