is a Barcelona-founded residential real estate startup providing fully furnished apartments for stays starting at one month, with offices across Western Europe.
What you will do
- Define and execute a scalable People strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with leadership on organizational design, talent planning, and company culture.
- Lead and develop managers across Talent Acquisition, Office Management & Employee Experience, and People Operations.
- Oversee hiring strategy, workforce planning, and employer branding.
- Build performance, engagement, retention, and People Operations frameworks.
- Monitor People metrics to support data-driven decisions.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a Head or Director of People managing direct reports.
- Experience in startups or scale-ups; Series B–C experience is preferred.
- Proven ability to build and execute People strategies.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience, and People Operations.
- Fluent English and Spanish required.
