What you will do
- Work closely with the HR Department.
- Support HR processes (on-boarding, one-on-ones, performance reviews, off-boarding).
- Assist with the development of HR policies for the company regarding employee relations.
- Communicate regularly with employees and gather feedback through channels such as corporate meetings and newsletters.
- Consult management regarding employee relations issues and suggest solutions.
- Manage company benefits.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience as HR in IT.
- Strong understanding of HR processes.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all staff levels.
- High level of teamwork and networking skills.
- Excellent planning, time management, organization, negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills.
- At least an Intermediate level of English.
Nice to have
- Academic experience as an HR (courses, training, certificates).
- Experience in companies of 500+ people.
- Experience in organizing and holding events online.
