HR People Partner (Fintech)

Location: Fully remote from any location of choice, with working hours within the Central European Time (CET) zone. Applications are welcomed from Europe, including the EEA, the UK, Switzerland, Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia, Armenia, Montenegro, Turkey, and the Western Balkans.

What you will do

• Own the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, adaptation, performance management, and offboarding.
• Partner with technology and non-technology teams to improve effectiveness, growth, and engagement.
• Run regular 1:1 meetings, identify risks early, and support employee development.
• Drive performance review cycles and maintain transparent, consistent HR processes.
• Advise managers on employee relations, team dynamics, and decision-making.
• Support HR policies, engagement initiatives, benefits, employer branding, and an inclusive feedback-driven culture.

Requirements

• 3+ years of HR experience, ideally in an IT product or fintech company.
• Strong understanding of the employee lifecycle and performance management.
• Confidence working with managers and influencing decisions.
• Clear communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
• Intermediate+ English and availability to work within the CET time zone.
