Salary: $81,200–$101,000 annually

What you will do

• Partner with managers to support onboarding, performance management, development, and offboarding processes.
• Provide guidance to employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Resolve employee relations issues through intake, documentation, and investigation support.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and HR Operations to ensure a consistent employee experience.
• Contribute to HR projects, company communications, and the coordination of all-hands meetings.
• Assist with learning and development initiatives, including course creation and tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources or a related role.
• Basic knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., BambooHR) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
