Salary: $76,000 - $138,000 USD (for US-based candidates)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end onboarding experience for all new AI Tutors from offer acceptance.
• Design, schedule, and deliver orientation and foundational training programs.
• Ensure day-one readiness by coordinating equipment, system access, and login permissions.
• Create and continuously improve training materials and playbooks to accelerate tutor ramp-up and quality.
• Partner with Human Data leads and SMEs to identify skill gaps and deliver targeted development.
• Track tutor progress through onboarding milestones and resolve blockers proactively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1+ years of professional experience in onboarding, training, L&D, HR, or customer success.
• Preference for candidates based in or willing to relocate to the Palo Alto, CA area.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends when needed.

Nice to have

• Experience onboarding/training contractors in AI, data labeling, or content moderation.
• Experience designing and facilitating live or asynchronous training sessions.
• Familiarity with AI/ML data collection or human feedback workflows.
• Strong skills with tracking systems, spreadsheets, and learning tools.
