What you will do

• Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and hybrid training programs across multiple business functions.
• Design and develop learning materials including presentations, job aids, videos, and e-learning modules.
• Partner with subject matter experts to capture and scale institutional knowledge.
• Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance content creation and training effectiveness.
• Maintain training content libraries and ensure materials within the LMS remain current.
• Support organizational change initiatives through adoption and communication materials.

Requirements

• Must be based in the U.S.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Organizational Development, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience developing and delivering training programs.
• Proficiency with learning technologies, LMS platforms, and content authoring tools.
• Experience leveraging AI-powered tools for content creation.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and instructional design skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with construction, fiber, or cable industry processes.
• Experience with Organizational Change Management (OCM) tools and techniques.
