What you will do

• Design and develop comprehensive learning content including eLearning, vILT, and job aids.
• Create detailed storyboards translating learning objectives into structured instructional narratives.
• Apply systematic methodologies like ADDIE or SAM to ensure logical content progression.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to define learning problems and performance gaps.
• Build interactive eLearning modules using tools like Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.
• Conduct quality reviews to ensure accuracy, brand compliance, and accessibility standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in instructional design or eLearning development.
• Proficiency with industry-standard authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Rise.
• Strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into structured learning solutions.
• Experience collaborating with SMEs to extract and organize technical domain knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under deadline pressure.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Instructional Design or Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
• Experience designing learning solutions for automotive retail or dealership operations.
• Familiarity with evaluation methodologies like the Kirkpatrick Model or LTEM.
• Certification from the Association for Talent Development (APTD/CPTD).
• Experience with video production, audio recording, or motion graphics.
