What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop software engineers and QA team members to foster a high-performing culture.
• Partner with Product Owners to define priorities and deliver business-focused solutions.
• Guide technical design, implementation planning, and engineering best practices.
• Drive improvements in application performance, scalability, and overall product quality.
• Support Agile practices and continuous improvement in planning and delivery.
• Champion AI adoption by evaluating tools and integrating AI into daily workflows.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 10+ years of software development experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• 2+ years of experience leading and managing software engineering teams.
• Proficiency in .NET/C# development.
• Experience with authentication, authorization systems, and cloud-native development.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
