What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of Forward Deployed Engineers building agentic solutions in on-premises environments.
• Own customer success from technical implementation through final delivery.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to define how AI is delivered to enterprises.
• Build and maintain relationships with technical stakeholders at client organizations.
• Implement scalable processes for agent development and deployment across multiple client environments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with demonstrated leadership.
• Proven experience managing engineers in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Hands-on experience deploying enterprise software at scale, specifically agentic applications.
• Must be based in the Middle East.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Arabic.
• Experience with AI/ML infrastructure.
• Background in enterprise security and compliance.
