What you will do

• Define and execute the strategy for the Engineering Enablement team to improve developer velocity and system quality.
• Build and maintain internal tools, workflows, and platform capabilities that streamline the software development lifecycle.
• Lead AI-native initiatives to make the codebase operable by agents and improve validation infrastructure.
• Manage, coach, and grow a team of engineers, fostering both technical and leadership development.
• Partner with platform and product engineering leaders to ensure shared work is coordinated and effective.
• Represent the Enablement team's mission and capabilities to the broader engineering organization.

Requirements

• Proven track record of leading engineering teams or driving technical direction as a senior leader.
• Strong product instincts for internal platforms with a focus on user value and measurable outcomes.
• Experience improving developer workflows, CI/CD, or engineering productivity infrastructure.
• Technical depth in distributed systems, async/event-driven systems, or testing frameworks.
• Ability to balance near-term delivery with long-term platform investment.
• Strong people leadership skills including coaching, performance management, and hiring.
