Location: Hybrid (Nottingham, UK) — 40% office based

What you will do

  • Lead the delivery of .NET and AWS-based solutions for the UK&I market, managing delivery health and business alignment.
  • Champion an AI-first approach using tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and Codex to accelerate the SDLC.
  • Build, scale, and mentor high-performing product engineering teams aligned with business strategy.
  • Drive engineering excellence by fostering a culture of TDD, CI/CD, and automated testing.
  • Optimize cost and efficiency by reducing TCO through simplification and automation.
  • Shape the UK&I technology roadmap and contribute to revenue growth through rapid experimentation.

Requirements

  • Extensive software engineering experience and solution design in the .NET tech stack.
  • Hands-on proficiency in AWS cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps security best practices.
  • Proven experience driving the adoption of AI tools within engineering teams.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills with experience managing global engineering teams.
  • Expertise in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum (SAFE or LESS).
  • Must be based in or able to work hybridly from Nottingham, UK.
