What you will do

• Investigate, document, and resolve accounting application support cases for BisTrack customers.
• Carry out root cause analysis of errors within customers' business environments.
• Collaborate with support, development, and quality assurance teams to drive software resolutions.
• Analyze customer business process flows and map them to the application's functionality.
• Manage and follow up on assigned cases to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
• Communicate case updates professionally to customers via phone and email.

Requirements

• 3+ years of applicable experience in finance or accounting software support.
• Post-secondary education in a related discipline or equivalent industry knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of accounting fundamentals, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger.
• Ability to investigate and resolve reconciliation issues between subledgers and General Ledgers.
• Experience with software business processes such as inventory, production, and purchasing management.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

• Working knowledge of hirify.global's Kinetic ERP or Microsoft Dynamics GP.
• Experience in a high-volume ERP software support environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL.
• Business experience within a retail environment.
