What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain Anaplan models for Territory and Quota Planning and Incentive Compensation Management.
- Lead end-to-end model building, including requirements gathering, design, development, UAT, and production support.
- Implement and optimize Anaplan architecture using best practices such as DISCO, ALM, and UX.
- Design and oversee multi-model, multi-workspace architectures to ensure long-term scalability and performance.
- Collaborate with IT and Data teams to build governed integrations with Salesforce, Snowflake, and ERP systems.
- Manage the model lifecycle, including technical governance, versioning, and performance tuning.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience delivering enterprise Anaplan solutions.
- Experience in sales operations, finance, or business systems.
- Deep expertise in Anaplan best practices (DISCO, ALM, UX, performance optimization).
- Proven track record as a Product Owner or Developer for complex business systems.
- Experience designing enterprise integrations with platforms like Salesforce and Snowflake.
- Must have legal authorization to work in the UK without requiring employer sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Certified Anaplan Developer or Anaplan Solution Architect.
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau).
- Experience with agile product delivery at an enterprise scale.
- Experience working in high-growth or post-merger environments.
