What you will do

• Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to educate members on benefits and motivate them to schedule appointments.
• Apply consultative sales techniques to overcome member hesitation and drive care activation.
• Manage a complex caseload from initiation to resolution, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-through.
• Coordinate care across clinical settings, insurance providers, and internal teams to remove barriers.
• Handle inbound member inquiries regarding surgical pathways and benefit navigation.
• Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and data accuracy within CRM systems.

Requirements

• 4+ years of customer service experience, including at least 2 years in healthcare contact centers or case management.
• Demonstrated success in outbound sales or consultative calling environments.
• Strong knowledge of care coordination and healthcare benefit navigation.
• Must be based in Dallas, TX and able to work onsite.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and contact center tools.
• Working knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare compliance requirements.
