TL;DR

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and manage the patient experience end-to-end.
  • Onboard patients, verify insurance and IDs, and schedule appointments and follow-up visits.
  • Maintain detailed, accurate records of patient interactions and progress across all systems.
  • Support patient & provider operations by acting as an expert on the Clinic App and related tools.
  • Handle multi-channel patient communication (phone, chat, SMS, email) and troubleshoot/document technical issues.
  • Monitor provider schedule adherence and performance within department SLAs; initiate outreach for missed appointments.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in healthcare or hospitality.
  • Must be flexible to work within 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. EST, including 1 weekend shift per week.
  • Ability to communicate effectively via phone, chat, SMS, and email.
  • Experience with HIPAA and maintaining strict confidentiality.
  • Experience with Epic, Salesforce, G-Suite, Jira, and Slack.
  • High school diploma; associate’s/bachelor’s in healthcare preferred.
