What you will do

• Lead project planning, execution, and reporting for projects typically valued up to $2M.
• Develop and monitor project plans, schedules, deliverables, and overall project health.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and funding plans to ensure efficient resource use.
• Collaborate with business sponsors and cross-functional teams to drive measurable value.
• Identify and remove obstacles to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Facilitate lessons learned activities and promote knowledge retention for future success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience managing small to medium-sized projects with defined goals.
• Proven ability to apply project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Solid financial acumen for managing budgets and project funding.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills for interacting with senior leadership.
• Authorized to work in the US (indicated by US-specific benefits and location).

• Experience promoting organizational change and supporting change adoption.
• Proven track record of identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities.
• Exposure to basic program management concepts and practices.
