What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end execution of new co-brand credit card launches and major partnership initiatives.
• Manage strategic relationships with executive and operational stakeholders of national retail brands.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, GANTT charts, RAID logs, and cross-functional trackers.
• Coordinate across marketing, product, legal, compliance, and analytics teams to ensure launch readiness.
• Track partnership performance through KPIs and prepare executive-ready business reviews.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in partnerships, program management, account management, or fintech.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives in high-growth environments.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills for senior stakeholder management.
• Expertise in project management tools, including GANTT charts and launch schedules.
• Ability to travel for face-to-face meetings at least monthly when needed.
