What you will do

• Coordinate project activities, including scheduling, task lists for technicians, and managing deliverables from engineering and programming teams.
• Monitor labor, equipment, and material budgets to ensure projects remain on track.
• Maintain clear and frequent communication with stakeholders, including clients, account executives, and subcontractors.
• Perform field verification of work sites and document potential issues or solutions.
• Assist in the coordination of system programming, final checkout, and project turnover to clients.
• Support senior project managers on complex tasks and assume ownership of individual assignments.

Requirements

• Associates or Bachelors degree required or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle for travel to job sites.
• Aptitude for commercial construction trades and familiarity with audio/video systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to resolve technical and interpersonal problems.
• Ability to perform physical tasks on construction sites, including climbing ladders and lifting up to 20 pounds.
• Must be able to obtain AVIXA CTS certification within the first year of employment.
