Salary: $190,000 – $246,000 (USD) or 172,000 – 215,000 (CAD) base + bonus

What you will do

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Procurement and Inventory workflows.
• Develop systems for material requisitions, purchase orders, vendor management, and inventory costing.
• Integrate procurement workflows with ERP platforms and the broader hirify.global operating system.
• Implement AI and automation for invoice matching, item normalization, and exception resolution.
• Coach and develop other product managers on discovery, written thinking, and measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS PM experience with direct ownership of procurement, supply chain, or ERP-adjacent products.
• Deep knowledge of POs, inventory management, and general ledger systems.
• Hands-on familiarity with ERPs such as QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, NetSuite, Spectrum, or Vista.
• Technical fluency with APIs, data models, and integration architecture.
• Must be based in the US (excluding AK, HI, KY, MS, NE, NM, ND, RI, SD, WV, WY) or Canada.
