What you will do

• Own the product roadmap for conversational and agent-based AI features across web, mobile, and messaging platforms.
• Translate user needs and business goals into clear product requirements, workflows, and AI behaviors.
• Partner with engineering on AI systems, including inference pipelines, agent planning, retrieval, and orchestration.
• Collaborate with design to develop intuitive multimodal experiences and effective error-handling approaches.
• Define and track key product metrics related to engagement, task completion, conversion, and revenue.
• Design and execute experiments to continuously improve product performance and user satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally within consumer technology or AI products.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-powered applications, AI agents, or conversational interfaces.
• Ability to translate technical AI concepts into clear product strategies and decisions.
• Experience designing user experiences for open-ended or unstructured workflows.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data and experimentation to guide decisions.
