What you will do

• Own end-to-end execution and delivery of data center and commercial projects from award through closeout.
• Drive project performance by managing schedules, resources, budgets, and milestones.
• Lead day-to-day operations, including internal/customer meetings and field coordination.
• Align cross-functional teams across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Finance.
• Serve as the primary customer-facing leader to build trusted relationships with stakeholders and contractors.
• Manage project financials, including forecasting, risk mitigation, and change management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience leading projects, operations, supply chain, or commercial functions.
• Proven experience owning complex projects within data centers, industrial services, construction, or logistics.
• Ability to travel up to 30% for site visits and customer meetings.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP certification is preferred.
