Salary: $120,000 - $155,000 a year

What you will do

• Collaborate with land use, planning, and development experts to streamline end-to-end processes.
• Lead cross-functional coordination during review, due diligence, design, and permitting phases of data center projects.
• Establish and manage delivery teams tailored to the specific needs of each project.
• Identify risks and proactively develop solutions to keep projects on track and within budget.
• Act as the central point of accountability for development-phase milestones across multiple projects.
• Communicate progress and challenges effectively to senior stakeholders and teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Planning, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of direct experience in Land Development or consulting.
• Minimum 7 years of project management experience engaging with municipalities, AHJs, and utility districts.
• Minimum 7 years of combined experience in land development, design, permitting, and construction.
• Location: Must work onsite at client sites in Milwaukee, WI or Madison, WI.

Nice to have

• Direct data center development experience.
• Experience navigating zoning, land use, and permitting in multiple markets.
• Specific knowledge of due diligence, A/E design processes, and full entitlement.
