Location: On-site in Milwaukee, WI or Madison, WI, at client and partner sites

Salary: $120,000–$155,000 per year

What you will do

• Collaborate with land use, planning, and development experts to streamline end-to-end development.
• Lead cross-functional coordination through review, due diligence, design, and permitting phases of data center projects.
• Establish and manage delivery teams tailored to individual development projects.
• Coordinate with municipalities, authorities having jurisdiction, and utility districts to resolve development issues.
• Track development milestones, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Communicate progress and challenges to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, planning, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of direct land development or land development consulting experience.
• At least 7 years of project management experience involving municipalities, authorities having jurisdiction, and utility districts.
• At least 7 years of combined experience in land development, design, permitting, and construction.
• On-site work at client and partner locations in Milwaukee or Madison is required.

Nice to have

• Direct data center development experience.
• Experience with zoning, land use, and permitting across multiple markets.
• Knowledge of due diligence, contracting, A/E design processes, utility delivery, and full entitlement.
