What you will do

• Lead multi-discipline, cross-functional teams to deliver committed product prototypes and demonstrations.
• Manage project planning, execution, scope changes, risks, and trade-offs.
• Drive day-to-day project work and ensure rapid resolution of issues.
• Negotiate project outcomes and lead phase gate approval reviews.
• Provide clear, synthesized communication to stakeholders and project sponsors.
• Escalate and drive critical issues through the management chain for resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of Technical Project Management and Product Development experience.
• Must be local to Agoura Hills, CA or North Reading, MA.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship).
• Extensive knowledge in Engineering, Operations, or Marketing.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project scheduling tools.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
