What you will do

• Visit customers in person to observe rotating equipment and generate Scope of Work (SOW).
• Design the application of hardware and software solutions to meet specific customer needs.
• Collaborate with Sales and Engineering teams to drive technical discovery and project handoffs.
• Prepare site visit reports and manage asset lists using Salesforce and other project management software.
• Research condition monitoring technologies, reliability techniques, and manufacturing operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or equivalent) or 5 years of experience in manufacturing (Operations, Maintenance, or Reliability).
• Residence in the US, ideally within one hour of a major airport.
• Valid driver's license, passport, and ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to travel up to 90% of the time, including international travel.
• Superb communication skills for leading technical discovery discussions with customers.

• Vibration Analyst Category I or II certification.
