What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of Spector IBD system builds from design release through factory acceptance testing.
• Identify and resolve engineering, procurement, and manufacturing risks to ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead weekly Engineering Change Order (ECO) reviews with contract manufacturers.
• Serve as the primary project contact for customers, providing status updates and technical milestones.
• Integrate project deliverables across electrical and mechanical engineering teams.
• Report execution progress and variance to operations leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project engineering or management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams through full build cycles of complex electromechanical systems.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems like SAP and project scheduling tools like Microsoft Project.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 15%.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Bilingual ability in Mandarin Chinese or Japanese.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with mechanical design tools such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
