What you will do

• Provide technical assistance for product queries from quotation through installation.
• Research and identify product solutions and initiate new product models to meet customer needs.
• Support manufacturing by troubleshooting order-related problems and answering technical questions.
• Analyze product failures, address customer quality concerns, and generate CQC reports.
• Manage customer issues from occurrence to resolution through project management.
• Handle commercial aspects of key accounts, including quoting, order status, and invoicing.

Requirements

• BS degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Must be based in Fairport, NY.
• Proven knowledge of Qualitrol products and customers.
• Experience with software and hardware implementation and solving sophisticated technical issues.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel at least 25% in support of client-facing meetings.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of electric power transmission and distribution.
• Experience with telecom techniques for remote monitoring (TCP/IP, modem protocols, serial links).
• Experience with Oracle and Salesforce.
