What you will do

• Maintain and optimize deployed PLC, SCADA, and robotics control systems.
• Troubleshoot incidents across controls, robotics, networking, and integrated hardware.
• Perform root cause analysis to implement fixes and reduce recurring faults.
• Update software wrappers for third-party equipment and vendor integration.
• Manage PLC-based safety systems for robotics and conveyance workflows.
• Oversee preventive maintenance, patching, backups, and technical documentation including P&IDs and wiring schematics.

Requirements

• 2 to 5+ years of experience supporting automated control systems.
• Hands-on expertise with PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA platforms.
• Experience with OT networking, including routing, security groups, and VPNs.
• Proficiency with Git and engineering tools like AutoCAD or SolidWorks Electrical.
• Experience with robotics integration and structured text.
• Must be based in the USA to receive the listed compensation and benefits.

Nice to have

• Ignition Gold Certification or extensive Ignition experience.
• Programming skills in Python, C++, or TwinCAT.
• Knowledge of OPC-UA, MQTT, or REST APIs.
• Familiarity with safety classifications (SIL/PL) and reliability methods like FMEA or CAPA.
