What you will do

• Lead on-site system installations and direct third-party contractors.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in real-time under pressure.
• Perform routine and emergency maintenance services at client sites.

• Review site layouts using AutoCAD to ensure feasibility.
• Write thorough technical documentation and service reports.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Field Engineer or Technician in hardware/software installation.
• Proven experience leading teams or contractors during technical installations.
• Strong hands-on skills in networking, electrical wiring, and mechanical assemblies.
• Working knowledge of Linux-based systems and basic networking principles.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or Autodesk for site layout interpretation.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 90% across the US.
