What you will do

  • Lead and manage the Office Services team, including reception, mailroom, and cleaning staff.
  • Oversee office supplies, inventory, and facilities-related support for staff.
  • Administer internal access badge systems and manage office tracking tools.
  • Conduct office tours for visitors and new hires to ensure an exceptional experience.
  • Create and maintain SOPs and organized electronic filing systems.
  • Provide reporting and analytics to support efficient office operations.

Requirements

  • Must be based in New York, USA and able to work in-person 5 days per week.
  • 3+ years of experience in office services management, reception, or general office management.
  • Strong computer skills including Outlook, Excel, Zoom Workspace, and Teams.
  • Excellent organizational, diary management, and planning skills.
  • High attention to detail with experience collating complex and confidential information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
