What you will do

• Act as an Owner's Representative overseeing capital projects from initiation through execution and handover.
• Lead project planning and delivery to ensure alignment with client objectives, budgets, and performance expectations.
• Provide strategic guidance and serve as a subject matter expert to solve complex business challenges for clients.
• Develop and implement program tools and processes to drive operational excellence and team growth.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful project execution.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while coordinating across vendors, subcontractors, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in construction management, project management, engineering, architecture, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in the data center industry with strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) disciplines.
• 15+ years of progressive professional experience.
• Demonstrated functional knowledge of all phases of construction and capital projects.
• Proven experience in project delivery.

• Proficiency in reading and understanding contract documents, plans, and specifications.
