What you will do
- Lead day-to-day management of complex productivity programs, including scope, schedule, and delivery.
- Support the Workplace Productivity team with a focus on AI tooling, endpoints, and SaaS lifecycle management.
- Manage portfolio milestones and contribute to quarterly and annual business planning.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to develop solutions and drive technical decisions.
- Create clear communication materials, policies, and guidelines for diverse audiences.
- Identify resource needs and monitor progress against defined success metrics.
Requirements
- Must be based in Seattle, WA
- Strong program management experience with proficiency in Agile methodologies.
- Prior experience supporting or implementing AI tooling in a workplace context.
- Proven ability to define requirements, develop schedules, and prioritize work.
- Experience managing risks, mitigation plans, and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to synthesize complex technical information for mid-level management.
Nice to have
- Experience with end-user productivity programs and SaaS migration/deprecation.
- Track record of driving process improvement and simplifying workflows.
- Familiarity with the full product development lifecycle.
- Ability to build stakeholder trust and connect program work to business objectives.
