What you will do

• Lead day-to-day management of complex productivity programs, including scope, schedule, and delivery.
• Support the Workplace Productivity team with a focus on AI tooling, endpoints, and SaaS lifecycle management.
• Manage portfolio milestones and contribute to quarterly and annual business planning.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to develop solutions and drive technical decisions.
• Create clear communication materials, policies, and guidelines for diverse audiences.
• Identify resource needs and monitor progress against defined success metrics.

Requirements

• Must be based in Seattle, WA
• Strong program management experience with proficiency in Agile methodologies.
• Prior experience supporting or implementing AI tooling in a workplace context.
• Proven ability to define requirements, develop schedules, and prioritize work.
• Experience managing risks, mitigation plans, and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to synthesize complex technical information for mid-level management.

Nice to have

• Experience with end-user productivity programs and SaaS migration/deprecation.
• Track record of driving process improvement and simplifying workflows.
• Familiarity with the full product development lifecycle.
