What you will do

• Manage inbound customer billing and payment inquiries through the AR shared mailbox and ticketing system.
• Proactively follow up on outstanding invoices to reduce DSO and minimize bad debt risk.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies, invoice disputes, and purchase order issues with internal stakeholders.
• Monitor customer billing portals for invoice submission, payment status, and compliance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Operations, Legal, and Customer Success to resolve collection hurdles.
• Utilize AI and automation tools to streamline communications and reduce manual administrative work.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, Billing, or Order-to-Cash.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP) and Salesforce.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, reporting).
• Experience using AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
