What you will do
- Manage the full accounts receivable lifecycle, including invoicing for new business, expansions, contract modifications, auto-renewals, multi-year agreements, and overages.
- Run proactive, customer-centric collections and drive cash collection targets using NetSuite and Tesorio.
- Perform cash application for ACH, wire, credit card, and Stripe; research and resolve unapplied cash, chargebacks, and short-pays.
- Handle credit and billing adjustments, including credit/debit memos and customer credit monitoring (holds and limits).
- Analyze AR aging, trends, and collections performance; support month-end and year-end close and AR reconciliations.
- Support audits/SOX controls and improve AR processes using NetSuite & SuiteBilling expertise plus AI/automation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, collections, or a related role.
- Strong experience with NetSuite ERP and SuiteBilling (highly preferred).
- Advanced analytical skills and ability to turn AR data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused collections approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Must be able to pass a federal, state, and county background check and complete a local in-person verification; no work visa sponsorship.
