What you will do

• Own the end-to-end dunning and collections lifecycle across assigned customer accounts.
• Investigate and clear root causes of stuck cash and reconcile customer accounts in NetSuite.
• Partner with Billing, Sales, and Customer Success to resolve payment roadblocks and disputes.
• Build and report on collections KPIs, including DSO, aging bucket movement, and recovery targets.
• Develop and document collections SOPs, dunning workflows, and escalation procedures.

Requirements

• 4+ years of progressive experience in accounts receivable, collections, or cash application.
• Proficiency with NetSuite is required.
• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and analysis of large datasets.
• Demonstrated track record of reducing DSO and recovering aged balances.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.
• Experience in technology or SaaS environments preferred.
