What you will do

• Develop and maintain the internal Developer Platform ("Factory") to eliminate developer toil and accelerate artifact delivery.
• Optimize monorepo CI/CD pipelines to improve speed, reliability, and overall developer experience.
• Productionize the Agentic AI platform, focusing on agent observability, RAG, and context-engineering patterns.
• Consolidate fragmented build systems into standardized "paved road" blueprints for faster product onboarding.
• Collaborate with engineers across the organization to identify and automate repetitive manual workflows.
• Participate in design and code reviews to drive engineering velocity and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience building and operating production services and platform infrastructure in cloud environments.
• Proficiency with Go (Golang).
• Experience with CI/CD systems, container-based orchestration, and scaling large monorepos.
• AI-forward mindset with the ability to implement LLM-based automation and context engineering.
• Excellent communication skills for partnering with internal engineering stakeholders.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling GitHub Actions, Argo Workflows, Buildkite, or similar workflow systems.
• Background in developer experience metrics (DORA, SPACE) and corresponding instrumentation.
• Experience operating large Go monorepos and associated tooling.
• Familiarity with supply chain security, OCI, Kubernetes, or open-source communities.
