Salary: $110,500 – $120,000 USD/annually

What you will do

• Design and develop model-driven apps using Dataverse, including forms, views, and business process flows.
• Develop custom plugins in C# and custom APIs to support complex backend logic.
• Create PCF controls using React and TypeScript to extend Dynamics functionality and improve UX.
• Build Power Automate cloud flows for automation, notifications, and external system integrations.
• Own ALM processes via Azure DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines and environment governance.
• Implement role-based security and ensure compliance with standards like SOX, GDPR, and HIPAA.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience developing solutions on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Dataverse.
• Proficiency in C#/.NET for writing plugins and custom APIs.
• Experience building PCF controls with React and TypeScript.
• Expertise in Power Automate and Power Platform ALM using Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Experience designing secure architectures with role-based security and data governance.
• Must be based in the Pacific Time Zone (PST) for real-time collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power Pages configuration or migration projects.
• Background working in regulated environments such as Financial Services or Healthcare.
• Certifications including PL-400, PL-600, or Azure DevOps Engineer.
