What you will do

• Lead technical project deliveries, including technical analysis, code design reviews, and code performance optimization.
• Plan, manage, and execute Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain and Power Platform technical deliverables.
• Translate client requirements into technical specifications and project plans in collaboration with project managers and business analysts.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Dynamics 365 architecture and mentor a growing team of Dynamics consultants.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and project artifacts; support pre-sales solution design, scoping, and proposal development.
• Collaborate with Microsoft FastTrack and Engineering teams for product insights and solution design reviews.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical architecture and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• 12+ years of X++ development experience.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 platform capabilities/limitations and related technologies (Azure and Power Platform).
• Experience delivering multiple Dynamics 365 ERP projects and serving as a Lead Developer in end-to-end customer implementations.
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 F&SC technical areas including DIXF (Data Management Framework), integration patterns, F&SC business events/service bus, security design (role-based security, extensible data security), and reporting (SSRS/Power BI).
• Experience with Azure DevOps Pipelines and LCS for builds/deployments, plus TFS and Git repositories.
