Senior Dynamics Developer (AI)

Location: Mostly remote with occasional onsite work at a client site in Washington, DC

Salary: $145,000–$175,000 annually

What you will do

• Enhance and operate Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems and customer portals.
• Implement user stories and provide feedback on acceptance criteria and testing.
• Lead implementations of Call Center, IVR, Copilot Studio, Chat, Secure Messaging, and other Dynamics functionality.
• Use AI features for Dynamics Call Center and Customer Service, including DocIntelligence and related modern tools.
• Support production operations, troubleshooting, and problem solving.
• Mentor developers and collaborate with functional, testing, and senior technical teams in Agile Scrum.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience with Power Platform and Portals.
• Required experience with Call Center and IVR implementations.
• Experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, FetchXML, Microsoft Dynamics, and Portals.
• Experience creating SDLC documentation, including design documents and implementation plans, and supporting deployments.
• Must be able to attain and maintain PBGC Public Trust clearance.

Nice to have

• Power BI, fillable PDF, and RDL reporting experience.
• GitHub and deployment pipeline experience.
• Azure Developer, Azure DevOps, Azure Architect, or similar certification.
