What you will do

• Implement user stories within a Microsoft Dynamics CRM and portal environment.
• Lead the integration of AI features including Copilot Studio, IVR, Chat, and DocIntelligence.
• Collaborate with functional and testing teams to ensure high-quality acceptance criteria.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Support SDLC documentation, including design documents and implementation plans.
• Assist the operations team with production troubleshooting and problem-solving.

Requirements

• Must hold or be eligible for Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience or commensurate professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Power Platform and Portals.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and FetchXML.
• Experience leading implementations of Call Center and modern Dynamics modules.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile Scrum environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with PowerBI, RDL reports, and fillable PDF reports.
• Familiarity with GitHub and deployment pipelines.
• Certifications in Azure Developer, Azure DevOps, or Azure Architect.
