What you will do

• Deliver end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation projects.
• Lead customer discovery sessions, workshops, and requirements gathering.
• Configure Dynamics 365 CE solutions across Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules.
• Design and deliver Power Platform solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Produce functional documentation and detailed solution designs.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and go-live activities.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM / CE Functional Consultant.
• Previous experience working within a Microsoft Partner consultancy is required.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE modules including Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing.
• Commercial experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Confidence leading customer workshops and gathering business requirements.
• Must be based in the UK.
