Functional Consultant (Dynamics 365/Power Platform): Designing, building, and delivering AI-enabled business solutions with an accent on Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio. Focus on managing the end-to-end delivery of change portfolios, translating business requirements into scalable technical specifications, and driving digital transformation across the organization.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Manchester (Hybrid: min 2 days in office)

Salary: £50,362 – £59,170

What you will do

• Design, build, and deliver solutions using Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio.
• Manage the full lifecycle of change portfolios from concept through to release and support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective, scalable technical solutions.
• Act as the technical authority for solutions, resolving issues and guiding best practices.
• Champion system adoption, data quality, and continuous process improvement.
• Mentor team members and support the coordination of team delivery pipelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering solutions using Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong knowledge of Canvas Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio.
• Ability to work in Manchester for hybrid office attendance.
• Analytical skills with a track record of interpreting business needs into technical specifications.
• Experience with software development methodologies, preferably Agile and Azure DevOps.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Professional certifications.
• Understanding of ITIL principles.
