What you will do

• Lead customer discovery sessions, workshops, and requirements gathering.
• Configure Dynamics 365 CE solutions across Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules.
• Design and deliver Power Platform solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Act as a trusted advisor for customers throughout the project implementation lifecycle.
• Produce functional documentation and detailed solution designs.
• Support user acceptance testing, training, and go-live activities.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM/CE Functional Consultant.
• Proven experience working within a Microsoft Partner consultancy environment.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing).
• Commercial experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to lead client workshops.
