Salary: $122,360 – $177,100 annually + 14% target incentives

What you will do

• Serve as the practice SME for Power Platform and Copilot Studio, including low-code AI agent design.
• Design custom connectors and API integrations to extend enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with security teams to implement Zero Trust for AI and agent governance controls.
• Develop enterprise-grade demos and reference architectures for the Advanced Technology Center.
• Engage enterprise customers as a trusted advisor for solution workshops and architecture reviews.
• Provide presales support and technical guidance for strategic AI and automation opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US (CA, NY, FL, or TX)
• 8 to 10+ years of experience in a technical field with a strong Microsoft foundation.
• Deep hands-on expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Copilot Studio).
• Proven ability to build custom connectors and work with REST/OData APIs.
• Demonstrated experience architecting complex Microsoft solutions for large enterprise customers.
• Ability to travel up to 25% for customer sites and partner events.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Azure AI Foundry and foundation model integration.
• Microsoft certifications (PL-200, PL-400, PL-600, AI-102, AI-900).
• Knowledge of Dataverse architecture and ALM pipelines.
