What you will do

• Reduce production bottlenecks on the manufacturing product line to ensure continuous flow.
• Address and correct daily workflow issues within the department.
• Fill in various production positions as needed to maintain output.
• Identify shortages in parts and resources and implement solutions.
• Coordinate with Supervisors, Engineers, and Managers to resolve operational issues.
• Facilitate the implementation of Lean Manufacturing processes.

Requirements

• High School graduate or GED.
• 4+ years of experience in a relevant manufacturing environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship will not be provided.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and 50-100 pounds assisted.
• Proficiency with hand tools, pneumatic and hydraulic tools, and brazing/wiring equipment.
• Ability to work in environments with temperatures above 100°F or below 32°F.
